Having relocated to Dubai from the United Kingdom in 2006 where he held senior positions across several industry leading companies, Matthew has worked successfully for international executive search organizations prior to forming Somerset House Consulting in 2014. Since 2006, Matthew has successfully partnered with many of the most high profile and recognizable brands in the region whether Multi – National, Government, Semi Government, Family Groups as well as a large number of emerging organizations. His sector experience is significant, having worked within the Construction, Real Estate Development, Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail, Oil and Gas and Energy sectors throughout the Middle East and North Africa.
As well as being responsible for growing Somerset House Consulting into a trusted and market leading brand, Matthew will continue to closely manage a range of assignments as well as to work closely with clients in order to build and maintain long lasting partnerships.
As Senior Associate with SHC, Prachi’s role is to manage the delivery of both senior level executive search mandates and large scale talent acquisition programs working across a variety of industry sectors and with a broad range of client base.
Initially working in a research capacity providing data key to the successful delivery of executive search mandates, Prachi’s role has developed into that of full account management and she is now responsible for the day to day interaction with clients across sectors such as Manufacturing, Energy, I.T, Real Estate Development and Engineering. Since 2016, she has been responsible for the management and delivery of volume recruitment projects ranging from 45 – 130 hires per assignment. This had led to her both leading and mentoring a delivery team.
Prachi holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, Dubai with an Associate membership from CIPD.
A South African national and a Management Consultant for SHC, Tanja splits her time between servicing her extensive client base in both the Middle East and Africa. She has recent and demonstrable experience in running major assessment campaigns for clients operating within various sectors across both continents.
A holder of numerous qualifications including an Honors in Counselling Psychology, an MBA as well as a diploma in Business Analysis, Tanja has been successfully helping major companies acquire, retain and develop their human capital.
She is an accredited practitioner of all major candidate assessment tools and sees her ability and capability in the development of talent management strategies, implementation of developmental and recruitment assessment centers as being core strengths
