Our Solutions team recently completed a talent acquisition campaign to source 134 employees of varying Engineering disciplines for a newly formed manufacturing plant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The campaign was phased over six months and the required volume of candidates were sourced from a variety of international locations and shortlists for each role were delivered to our client according to pre-set deadlines. SHC Solutions also provided on-site interview support as well as an on-boarding process in order to assist our clients HR team.
An established hotel operator engaged our Solutions team to assist them in the sourcing of staff for the pre-opening of a hotel in Qatar. The deadline given to SHC was very short due to previous hiring efforts being unsuccessful therefore non-negotiable due to the opening date and additional resources were both mobilized and allocated to the assignment in order to enable the opening to take place as planned.
Our client was awarded a major EPC project in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which created a requirement of a team of 85 Engineers to be mobilized across a period of three months. SHC Solutions were able to source talent from both regional and international market places in order for our client’s requirements to be met.

A South African national, Tanja splits her time between servicing her extensive client base in both the Middle East and Africa. She has recent and demonstrable experience in running major assessment campaigns for clients operating within various sectors across both continents.
A holder of numerous qualifications including an Honors in Counselling Psychology, an MBA as well as a diploma in Business Analysis, Tanja has been successfully helping major companies acquire, retain and develop their human capital.
She is an accredited practitioner of all major candidate assessment tools and sees her ability and capability in the development of talent management strategies, implementation of developmental and recruitment assessment centers as being core strengths.
Interim HR Management
Our client recently established a new Dubai based entity and requested that SHC provide an experienced HR practitioner on an interim basis in order for regional policies and procedures to be established prior to a team being transferred internationally. SHC HRC successfully placed an individual within our client on a six-month contract and all client needs were successfully met.
A leading Fortune 500 manufacturing conglomerate required an executive coaching and mentoring programme to be managed in order to support the development of a Regional Vice President. The individual in question had been identified for a promotion however our client had identified some areas of development that needed to be addresses prior to the promotion taking place. SHC HRC provided a senior HR Director who specialises in Occupational Psychology who devised and undertook a six-week programme working with the individual in question. This resulted in complete satisfaction from our client and the individual was subsequently placed into his new role.
A UAE based government entity invited a number of consultancies to tender for a project that was designed to both assess current executives and to identify future leaders. SHC HRC was successful in being awarded the project and embarked on a sixty-day program which involved the character and competency based interviewing as well as psychometric testing of 100 individuals at Manager, Director and Chief level. Comprehensive reports were drafted and submitted to our client based on the results of our interviews and testing. These reports became instrumental in the clients decision as to whether additional investment was to be made in both the training of existing and the hiring of new talent.
